How to order

Orders can be made online. Payment can be made using Visacard or Mastercard. The site is fully secure using Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL). SSL locks all information passed from you to woolbabe.com.au in an encrypted envelope. This makes it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and www.woolbabe.com.au servers are private and secure. The SSL seal is visible on our web pages.

Phone orders can be made using a Visacard or Mastercard. Please call 1300 792 860.

Mail orders can be made sending a cheque or money order to: Woolbabe Australia, PO Box 455, Carnegie. Vic. 3163.

Delivery & Freight Charges

Delivery will be via Australia Post (Express Post). Our Express Post deliveries will arrive within 5 working days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked. If the goods are not delivered within that time, please contact us by email quoting your order reference number. We charge a flat rate of $7.50 per order for Express Delivery via Australia Post for items sent within Australia.

Exchanges & Refunds

We want your shopping experience at woolbabe to be enjoyable. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase (less postage of $7.50) as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days in its original condition with tags attached. Please telephone or email us before you send your returned item so we can be expecting it.

Sold Out Items

Should an item you would like is sold out, please telephone or email us so we can let you know when new stock is expected. If you have ordered something that is out of stock you will be notified promptly.

Pricing

All products are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST (10%).

Colour Online

Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, computer screens may show slight variations. If concerned about specific product colours please contact us.
