6-month Product Warranty

Woolbabe prides itself on a high quality product. That’s why we guarantee your sleeping bag against manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months (from date of purchase). In the unlikely event that you have a defective product it can be returned to us for either repair or replacement (at the discretion of Woolbabe Australia). Woolbabe will pay for inward and outward freight costs.

Exchanges & Refunds

We want your shopping experience at woolbabe to be enjoyable. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase (less postage of $7.50) as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days in its original condition with tags attached.
